When we went to Florida last summer to see my wife's grandparents (who have dementia), I bought a Garmin and it guided us the entire way. It helped avoid a bunch of conflict and rewarded me for being a diligent driver by reporting pot holes, road hazards and traffic conditions for the other drivers on the road.
